Came in Frisco to relax and have fun, this affordable hotel was super base for doing it. The setting of property was marvellous and unbeatable, very close to convention center. We stopped by Norma's Cafe for coffee and treats, it was at a medium distance from the hotel.

Marvellous comfortable location, very close to convention center. And next to mall and many great places to eat and a very nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping and things to do and the financial district.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Spotless and huge rooms available with the updated decor and microwaves, as example. Favourable location, a short walk to everywhere.

A bright hotel with huge rooms. The rooms with Keurig coffee makers and the updated decor and microwaves. Convenient location short walk to things to do as well as stonebriar centre and kidzania, could not be better. Also, very close to convention center.

The room of the hotel was huge and spotless with Keurig coffee makers, the updated decor plus 2 queen beds. The rate was US$ 144. Its location just a short stroll away from Coil I was good.

The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They treated us like family and made us feel welcome. The breakfast and internet were also great, offering a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel was well-located, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. The bed mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, resulting in a poor night's sleep.

The staff was extremely accomidating to our needs. They were also very professional and friendly.

I did not care for the food or the lack of an indoor pool and hot tub.

My wife slipped and fell in the bathtub. There was no "slip" mats in the tub. We reported it to the front desk. The front desk person was pleasant and did install a "slip" mat later in the day. My wifes fall could have been ver serious. She landed outside the tub onto the floor. We are in good phsysical shape, so this was not the issue. Perhaps tub mats and a additional safety bar in the tubs is something you should consider.

Its location was indeed comfy and only 5 minutes walk from Comerica Center Arena. The airport was 29 minutes drive from the place. Appreciated central heating, a safe, and cable TV with on-demand movies in the room. The bathroom had a bathtub, which was great.

Great beds with adjustable firmness options. Spacious double queen rooms. Conveniently located near a shopping mall. Shuttle service provided.

Front desk staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. Had issues with finding reservation and breakfast vouchers.

The hotel had comfy location close to the shopping mall as well as a very nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping and things to do. Furthermore, close to everything. We got a room with a tub.

The location is perfect and particularly good, very close to convention center. The place to have dinner at a short distance from the hotel is Ramen Hakata. The room is moderately priced. Nice touch to have central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge🙂🙂

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was cozy and I loved the layout, with the bed on one side and everything else on the other. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could use improvement with more variety.

Think that this bright hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is best, and the room is beautifully decorated and large. The food is good. The location is convenient in a very very nice area, near to a very nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping and things to do and the financial district of Frisco.
